Nineteenth Century Sevres-Style Turquoise Clock

A Louis XVI Style Ormolu-Mounted White Marble Three-Piece Garniture, Circa 1880. Comprising of a lyre form clock and pair of figural four-light candelabra, the garland-hung clock surmounted by an Apollo mask and a pair of Phoenix heads, the circular enameled dial with Arabic chapters and twin-train movement, with bowed glazed bezel cover and ‘jeweled’ surround, inscribed ‘Le Faucheur/Her du Roi/Paris’, flanked on each side by a putto, on a molded base with beaded edge, scolling foliate frieze and turned feet, the candelabra en suite, with a putto supporting a leafy flowering branch of scrolling candle arms.
